1. Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?

  1. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse

  2. Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels or if original packaging is damaged

  3. Serial Number is missing or tampered with.

  4. Product is used

  5. If request is initiated after 7 days of order delivery

2. What are the payment options?   

    To ensure safe and fool proof transactions currently we only accept payment through Razor Pay

3. I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

    We offer an ’Easy return policy’. We accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order. If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 7 days of receiving the order.

    Send us a request by email regarding product within 7 days of receiving the order along with photo/Video of the damage/defects of the items. Once your request is received, we will make necessary arrangement to pick up the item from you. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals and labels intact.

4. Categories not eligible for Return?

   Product purchased during the sale and mega sale period.
