Terms & Conditions
( Festive Decorations : Skin Care )

1.      For cancellation of order before shipping please email us at itihaenterprises@gmail.com

2.    For refund of cancelled orders, the money will be refunded to you within 4-5 working days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

​

3.     If an order has been cancelled, we process the refund after the products have been received, checked and verified at our store.

​

4.    For payments made through Credit/Debit Cards or Net Banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment has been made after 4-5 working days of receiving the products. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

5.   For returning one or all products in your order, you can raise a return request of a product within 7 days of its delivery. Send an email to itihaenterprises@gmail.com  within 7 working days of receiving the order. Once your request is received, we will initiate process to collect the items from you. the refund or replacement will be made only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals and labels intact along with original invoice.

6.     Refund will not be possible in the following cases: -

  • Product is mishandled or damaged due to misuse/negligence

  • Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing or if original packaging is  damaged

  • Serial Number is tampered.

  • Product is used/misused

  • If request is initiated after 7 days of order delivery.

7.  In an unlikely case If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can send an email to itihaenterprises@gmail.com  within 2 days of receiving the order. You can also return any particular item (s) out of the order list. Once your request is received, we will initiate process to collect the items from you. The refund or replacement will be made only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals and labels intact along with original invoice.
